A fry strainer with a wooden handle is a kitchen tool designed for deep frying or straining hot oil from fried foods. It typically features a metal mesh bowl, which helps to catch food while allowing excess oil to drain away. The wooden handle provides a comfortable, heat-resistant grip, ensuring safety and ease of use when handling hot foods or oil. The handle may be ergonomically designed for added control, and the strainer is often used for frying items like potatoes, chicken, or tempura. The combination of wood and metal helps prevent heat transfer, ensuring the user can comfortably hold the strainer during cooking.
