- In case you have received a defective suit exchange can be claimed within 07 days of purchase but it must be in its original condition with the receipt, original label card, and all pieces + accessories.
- Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.
- Incorrect item received can only be returned to Zivah office, subjected to the item being returned in its original condition. International orders can not be returned or exchanged.
- All prices displayed are inclusive of shipping charges and taxes. Shipping charges will be computed and shown on the checkout page after the shipping mode is selected.
